    This incident has been resolved. At 1am CT on 8/14/25 we released an update to our system. Unfortunately, this update caused intermittent issues with our carrier connectivity throughout the day. At 7:45 PM CST, we rolled back to the previous system version to restore stable service, and we will continue monitoring performance closely. We plan to reintroduce the updated version next week, once we have resolved the connectivity issues identified in today’s release. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we remain committed to ensuring system reliability for all of our users.
